Professionally, Lindsey approaches counseling as an ally and assistant to her clients throughout their counseling journey. She believes “change” is defined by the individual and that everyone has the potential to grow when empowered to do so.
We all experience some form of stress, grief, hopelessness, or fear, and the idea that we must shoulder the weight of these emotions alone is counterintuitive to who we are as humans.
