Medical Assistant
Caitlin joined the Aspect Counseling and Psychiatry team in February 2026 as a Medical Assistant. After relocating from Texas to Virginia in 2017 to pursue her love of history and new opportunities, Caitlin began building her career in private psychiatric practice. Caitlin has served in a variety of administrative roles in private practices and has a passion for working in the behavioral health field. For the past decade, she’s had the privilege of supporting individuals through some of their most challenging seasons. Caitlin has a strong commitment to customer service and is dedicated to creating a space where patients feel validated, understood, and empowered.
Outside of work, Caitlin enjoy discovering new museums, relaxing with a good binge-worthy show, and spending time with her boyfriend and their dog.
