About Lauren
Lauren Powell is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Substance Use Counselor (CSAC) in the state of Virginia. Lauren currently lives in Richmond where she has been practicing as an outpatient therapist primarily devoted to helping people struggling with substance use disorders. In addition, she has also worked in community mental health and private practice settings working with older teens and adults helping them address a variety of mental health struggles. Lauren is also a member of Aspect’s Intensively Trained DBT Team.
